Works are now underway for the Anderson’s Road crossing upgrade in Drysdale with prepared sleeper and rail sections taken up to the crossing by train. The works are planned to be completed and the flashing lights installed and commissioned by the end of February.
4 February: The regular Heritage become a mixed passenger and freight service on with the tractor on board. Our volunteers were ready to begin removing the rail from the crossing as soon as the days last Heritage Service passed over the crossing to be ready for the new sections to be put in place.
